For the first time the Trump Organisation is preparing to be served with its found round of probably many criminal indictments. Reports out this weekend indicate they could come as soon as next week.
“It looks like they are going to come down with charges against the company, and that is completely outrageous,” Ron Fischetti, an attorney for the Trumps, said after the development was first reported by The New York Times.
The charges come as New York ramps up its investigation into the Trump Organization with their sights set on former President Donald Trump. Some of the charges do appear to be targeted in hopes that former associates actually turn on Trump and his namesake organization.
The Manhattan DA ‘s office is understood to be probing extensive financial; insurance, and tax fraud on behalf of the Trump Organization.
