Because nothing says con quite like Elizabeth Holmes. According to local news reports, con queen Elizabeth Holmes and her lawyers are trying to get certain details about her salary; luxurious lifestyle, private jet travel, and the many M Center for Medicaid violations she committed thrown out.
And they could be. The San Jose Mercury News reports that a judge seems to agree that it could be potentially dangerous for jurors to hear such information.
“It seems like that’s designed to engage a class conversation amongst the jurors which I think you’d agree would be a little dangerous,” he told prosecutors.
