American rapper Young Buck is behind bars in Tennessee this week amid reports of a violent altercation between him and his girlfriend. According to the Tennesseean, Buck (real name: David Darnell Brown) was arrested on Thursday after apparently trying to assault his girlfriend after she had tried to kill him.
Officials confirmed (and it also appears here) that he was booked on assault charges; unlawful possession of a weapon, and vandalism over $10,000. He is still behind bars on at least $60,000 bond.
The altercation apparently began after Lucresia, his girlfriend, opened fire on him with a pistol inside of their home. It remains unclear what led to the almost deadly altercation.
