R. Kelly ‘s manager charged after fake threat to shoot up a movie theatre

Former enabler Donnell Russell has formally been charged with falling threatening to shoot up a movie premiere event in NYC two years ago. For those wondering, that’s actually a reference to the 2018 documentary screening of Surviving R. Kelly in New York. Russell apparently really feared the release of the doc, therefore having phoned in to the venue that was preparing to host only to threaten them with a shooting.

In case it couldn’t get any worse, Russell and two other men were also additionally charged this week with trying to criminally harass Kelly ‘s own accusers.
