In the damning quest for answers in the case of missing Vanessa Guillen, a grim discovery has reportedly been made. According to official reports yesterday, human remains believed to be those of Guillen were found near Leon River, Bell Area County Texas.
CNN reports that the remains were apparently found after a tip led the Army to an area of interest that they had previously already known about. It remains unclear whether or not the army suspects foul play if the remains are indeed Guillen, however, it’s worth noting that she had previously complained about on-base sexual harassment.
