As it turns out Kristin Cavallari & Jay Cutler ‘s divorce is far nastier than originally led on. According to E! News, it appears Cutler initiated the divorce proceedings after reportedly filing paperwork making it appear as if Kristin Cavallari ‘s attempt at being a working Mom is or has largely been a problem. The site claims via close knit sources that Cutler filed paperwork not only to end the marriage, er, but also to seek primary custody of their children.
‘His filing was basically trying to take her out of the equation so she had to respond strongly. She’s not going to be taken out of the equation when it comes to her children.’
Another source added: ‘Jay was playing for the NFL a majority of their marriage, for him to call himself the primary caregiver just because he is retired and she is working is not accurate.’
