That’s because according to juicy documents obtained by Bossip.com, Ne-Yo filed for divorce last month from Crystal Smith. Now one would imagine that filing for divorce would mean things are over, however, it appears that Ne-Yo has since asked a judge to cancel his divorce petition. Ne-Yo reportedly initially asked the judge to oversee that the initial prenup be enforced, although nobody’s quite sure why he rescinded the divorce attempt.
