TOKYO — Upsetting news in the world of sports today as Olympic officials and organizers have come to the harrowing conclusion that the Olympics must be postponed. According to USA TODAY SPORTS, IOC officials confirmed the news on Monday for the first time.
An IOC member reportedly told the Sports section of USA TODAY that postponement had been decided and ultimately the games will not go on as scheduled come 24 July.
Per reports — they will likely be rescheduled to next year.
