JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA Â — Â South Africa has now recorded upwards 24 cases of the novel Coronavirus as the continent struggles to deal with a virus that the government claims doesn’t exist. Health Minister Zweli Mkhize confirmed the number of cases on Fridaay including that of a 21-year-old woman who recently returned from Italy.
