According to reports — it looks like a formal inquiry into the suicide of Caroline Flack is underway. Metro reports that authorities are opening the inquiry this week amid concerns that not enough was done to help Flack and her struggles with mental illness.
The inquest will later this morning at the Poplar Coroner ‘s Court.
