A new Twitter tool has arrived for the masses — and honestly it is the most brilliant thing I’ve heard about in a while. According to Kelsey Bressler, Bressler developed the Twitter plugin to avert the often inevitable influx of unwanted penis pictures in messages sent on Twitter.
