The richest of the rich gathered in the heart of the Sinoloa Cartel ‘s turf in Mexico over the weekend, uh, for the glamorous wedding of Alejandrina Gisselle Guzman and her drug-baron related hubby. Her hubby has been identified as Edgar Cazares, the nephew of Blanca Margarita Cazares.
We could not confirm anything beyond these photos/video of the wedding. The couple nor the Guzman family could be reached for comment.
