The U.S has declared a public health emergency over the coronavirus

The United States has reportedly declared a public health emergency over the rise of the coronavirus. On Friday, it was confirmed by the U.S government that the emergency had been declared and a rule barring travellers from China. Subsequent to the announcement, the Trump Administration issued an executive order barring foreign nationals who have visited China in the past two weeks from gaining entry into America.

Americans returning from China or the areas hit hardest will be allowed to re-enter are certain ports of entry, however, will be subjected to at least 14 days in mandatory quarantine quarters.
