A Monmouth University Poll out Thursday revealed that Democratic presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg might just have a partially winning strategy. According to the poll, Bloomberg has now seen his poll numbers place him fourth while also seeing a significant increase in spending. Most. polls out right now indicate that his strategy of ditching New Hampshire and Iowa appears to partially be working.
