BALTIMORE, MARYLAND — In a city of just 600k, Baltimore has a new unwanted record that officials are certainly going to attempt to quash. According to reports, Baltimore has clocked more than 345 homicides (some quite grisly) in 2019. It is the highest number ever recorded.
Stats show that the number is up from 309 the previous year. Police officials confirmed that the latest homicide occurred on Friday night — where a man died of serious gunshot wounds.
