Despite a controversial deal with the American government, it looks like El Salvador isn’t quite in a place literally or financially to accept a sudden influx of migrants from America. According to CBS News, El Salvador ‘s President confirmed that the deal would not progress.
“The reality is is that our economy is just shattered” the President told CBS NEWS in an interview. Networks were shocked about his bluntness and his willingness to maintain hope to be able to fix the local economy. Authorities are hoping to rid of the rising numbers in gang violence come the near year — so more companies flock to the south American country.
