A bizarre story out of Cleveland this evening. According to Cleveland.com, former police officer Solomon Nhiwatiwa, 34, has been sentenced and charged in connection to a case involving a 12-year-old girl. Court documents show that Solomon was off-duty in August of this year when he approached an underage girl; exposed himself to her, proceeded to attempt to kidnap her, and then urinated on her when that failed.
The unidentified girl not only refused but managed to prevent her own kidnapping. As part of a plea deal, he will have to register as a sex offender once a year for the next 15 years.
He has reportedly been imprisoned since his arrest on $300,000 bond.
