For the first time since he was just her fiancé Prince Harry, Princess Meghan, has returned to the couples’ sight of a first date. Per reports, Meghan attended an awards ceremony honoring civil servants and the like — and wore a fabulous outfit to boot.

Meghan reportedly wore one of our favourite (and staple) Givenchy blouse tops.
