Louisiana gunman Dakota Theriot, 21, captured in Virginia

ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA  — After an overnight massive manhunt, Dakota Theriot, has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of first degree murder. Federal authorities confirmed to multiple outlets that Louisiana gunman, Theriot, who opened fire in the parish of Ascension over the weekend — was caught at his grandmothers house less than a day after his spree.

Federal authorities say that Theriot ‘s father had identified him as the shooter, and, confirmed that Theriot was the one who shot both his father and his mother before having fled.   The motive still remains unknown according to information obtained by this newspaper.
