Bad news for comedy legend Bill Cosby, er, mostly because the erroneous allegations of sexual assault that are more than 10 years old against him — have now compiled themselves into actual charges. Prosecutors in Pennsylvania announced Wednesday afternoon that the legendary comedian would be charged with felony assault, in connection, to a 2004 alleged “rape” involving Andrea Costrand.
Cosby, is reportedly set to be arraigned this evening. The incident is one of many that has fallen under scrutiny, perhaps, amid claims that many of the women have either lied or are currently lying.
