Perhaps even ever. A twenty something idiot in Miami is in jail this holiday weekend after killing a customer he told that their order was ready. According to Miami police, David Gibbs, 23, was arrested over the weekend after shooting a senior citizen Leda Phillip after telling them their order was ready.
According to police, witness accounts vary of the incident. Police say Gibbs, 23, apparently wasn’t paying attention when Phillip told him his order was ready. Following such… the two got into an altercation later resulting in Phillip being shot by Gibbs’ unmarked and illegal concealed weapon. Gibbs, has since been charged with numerous crimes including possession of a weapon and shooting inside of a building.
