Bad news for Frenchie, as, it has now been confirmed via court documents that  Mrs Antney (Waka’s mum) has won her lawsuit in multiple states against the rapper.   Per court documents in California,  Montana, must now officially fork over $2m  to Mrs Antney for “unpaid interests; legal fees,  and ultimately going behind her back to make business deals while she was  his manager”.
For whatever reason, ehum, it looks like Montana never responded to the lawsuit (as noted on Page 3 of the final decision). Â Reps for the rapper did not respond to calls for comment. Â The lawsuit was filed in multiple states under Antney’s company Mizay Entertainment.
