Roe vs Wade (the landmark abortion decision in the United States) may soon see its ride off into the sunset.  Earlier this week, it was announced that Justice Kennedy would be retiring after decades on the Supreme Court.
With that vacancy, ehum, comes a terrifying decision that could change numerous landmark decisions in American society.  Justice Kennedy was a known and impartial “deciding voice” but often departed from his colleagues on a number of decisions.
His spot is now empty, and now, Trump is hoping to haul in a conservative that will undermine many of the most important social decisions that have been made in the past 30 years.  While no definitive decision has been made as to his replacement,  political junkies, are watching closely as this will change the course of history undoubtedly.
