People are often talking about how paying people a liveable wage would cause things to go horribly awry for the economy. But, at Lynsi Snyder’s In-N-Out Burger empire — things are exactly the opposite.  The California Sun reports that salaries for managers at said burger joint, ehum, are just somewhere north of six figures (to the tune of $160,000 a year).
Yes, a manger of a burger joint in California and beyond in this chain makes more than a lawyer a year.   So, what’s the catch? The reclusive heiress apparently holds it dear to her heart, that, she “listens to her employees, and, provides for them like they do me” Snyder once apparently said.
