LOS ÁNGELES – Trouble in Los Angeles as temps continue to rise. Street workers in Tinsel Town are hoping that a paint called Coolseal will cool the streets by at least 10 degrees.
In recent days, Los Angeles has been experiencing some pretty intense average daily temperatures. Officials say that a ton of streets in the LA area are going white, even if, it may sound a bit strange.
