Aaron Hernandez is an innocent man

Under a lesser known Massachusetts law,  Aaron Hernandez, is once more an innocent man.   Judge Susan Garsh declared this week that his murder charge be vacated stemming from his 2013 conviction. The news comes after it was declared that because Hernandez died before his appeal could be heard, by default, he remains an innocent man who now rests in peace.

Meanwhile, the mother of Odin Lloyd is going to have one massive issue with her wrongful death  lawsuit against his estate.  Why? Under state law without a conviction its going to be almost impossible to get anything out of the estate.
