According to Louisiana police, Kevin Gates is back in jail as of this week. Police and jail records confirmed that no sooner than Gates was released from jail in Florida, he, flew to Louisiana where he turned himself in for weapons charges stemming from 2013.
He remains in jail pending a hearing this month according to jail officials.
