The custody battle between Robin Thicke and Paula Patton is heating up. According to newly garnered docs in the case, Patton, has now alleged that she started the whole case over severe forms of child abuse: spanking.  Thicke “on numerous occasions excessively spanked Julian” she claimed in the documents.
It all started with Julian’s school who alleged that they were forced to call CPS several times after Julian reported abuse at home at the hands of his father. Patton, agrees and stated in her own documents that she to witnessed the excessive spanking.
