Securus Technologies Inc that is. According to documents obtained by the Daily News, a federal lawsuit in Boston has been filed on behalf of convicted killer Aaron Hernandez.
Hernandez, is currently serving a life sentence for murder.
Hernandez claimed in lawsuit documents that his jailhouse phone calls were illegally accessed; distributed, and then made available to the world’s media.
He also in his lawsuit reportedly demanded that the company be responsible for confirming how such issues with the call recordings occurred.
