OHIO — The now infamous cop that killed an unarmed black man last year in Ohio, has been acquitted on all charges. Last year, Ray Tensing, shot and killed Mr DuBois at a traffic stop after he claimed that DuBois was a vicious offender and he feared for his life.
The story never materialised and was debunked by dash cam footage that proved Tensing’s claim that he was being drug by DuBois’s vehicle was nothing more than a lie. The jury reportedly declared a mistrial citing that they couldn’t determine if Tensimg had acted in attack mode or out of passion.
