CANADA — Troubling news in Canada this week after an apparent 5 year old girl has gone missing. Taliyah Marsman has reportedly been declared missing amid her mother’s apparent death. Police, issued an Amber Alert for the missing girl Wednesday, who has not actually been seen since Sunday.
