In today’s humorous column of the day, the Texas Department of Transportation got in on the Pokemon Go craze — mostly — because dummies in Texas are sticking their phones out of their car windows doing 65mph down the highway (trust us! we’ve witnessed this already!) trying to find a Pokemon.
