In a new statement to TheWrap.com, Amber Heard, ex-wifey of Johnny Depp — has come out swinging against allegations that she is blackmailing the Pirates of the Caribbean star. According to the statement released to TheWrap.com, Heard, “has done no such thing”.
The “allegations against Ms. Heard are absolutely and unequivocally false,” said Peter Sample, a lawyer for Heard. The letter said that the claim of blackmail by Depp’s friend Doug Stanhope “has no basis in reality and is nothing but the typical celebrity muckraking for profit.”
The statement comes after Heard has come under scrutiny after images of Heard surfaced online less than 24 hours after the alleged attack with no bruises in sight.
